Bottling Montepulciano Wine

We crushed Montepulciano grapes from the vineyard last year after harvest. Those are still in barrels but now it’s time to bottle the wine from the Montepulciano grapes from 2013. Wine making is a process that requires patience but bottling gives a chance to taste the progression of it!

Hello CA and the Pellenc Precision Pruner

The fellas traveled to California to see the Pellenc Precision Pruner in action. This baby will save us months of work and the fun they had on the trip was icing on the cake! Using an infrared eye, the Pellenc Precision Pruner does what we do hand pruning in a fraction of the time! Here are some photos of the sights they saw.

ICF Basement Expansion – Finished!

The last hurdle in making our goal of moving into the ICF basement expansion before Christmas was making the windows doors and moving the windows to the new exterior walls. Sound confusing? It really isn’t. We added new walls around the existing structure that are 14 more feet out and these became the new exterior walls!

Finishing the ICF Basement Interior

You might think we have been loafing since grape harvest, but we haven’t! Once vineyard work was over, we started on the house. I can’t wait for you to see the progress! We just might make our goal of moving in by Christmas!
